Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for healthcare BPO roles.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the healthcare BPO sector.
- Handle case management, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance management programs, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Support HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
