Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for healthcare BPO roles.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the healthcare BPO sector.
  • Handle case management, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate performance management programs, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Support HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
