Responsibility

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems (e.g., ATS).
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and candidate attraction.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media, career fairs).
  • Prepare hiring reports and metrics to track recruitment KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including offer letter preparation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback.
