Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems (e.g., ATS).
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO and candidate attraction.
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media, career fairs).
- Prepare hiring reports and metrics to track recruitment KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including offer letter preparation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback.
