Responsibility
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with senior management to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend strategic talent management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to performance and talent management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or a similar HR role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring employees and managers.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
