Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent for our hospitality operations
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and local regulations
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies across multiple properties
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel between properties in Bali as needed
