Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent for our hospitality operations
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and local regulations
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies across multiple properties
  • Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel between properties in Bali as needed
