Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact training initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Trainer, or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using LMS (Learning Management Systems) and other training tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program success.
- Certification in HR or training (e.g., SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
