Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Process payroll, benefits, and compensation packages accurately and on time.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
