Responsibility
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new employee onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and internal communications.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to track workforce trends and performance.
- Coordinate with departments to address employee inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Participate in HR projects, such as policy reviews, process improvements, and compliance audits.
- Help organize company events and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
