Responsibility
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Market Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to map talent pools, competitor landscapes, and industry trends in Tech/IT.
- Interview Coordination: Manage end-to-end interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize analytics and ATS tools to track hiring metrics, improve processes, and present insights.
- Job Order Management: Take ownership of requisitions, from briefing to closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Promote Cornerstone Global Partners and client brands to attract top talent.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Tech/IT hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Experience: 0-2 years in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles (internships count!).
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday), or CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for recruitment strategies.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Passion: Genuine interest in Technology, IT, or digital transformation.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote hybrid options may apply).
