As an HR Assistant specializing in recruitment, you will support end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing top-tier candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage and update candidate databases and HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including orientation programs and team-building activities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide reports to HR leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment and employer branding strategies is a plus.
