Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an HR supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Experience in the beauty or healthcare industry is advantageous.
