Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key roles across tech, marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align hiring goals with business objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and niche platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate cultural fit, skills, and potential.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring seamless communication, timely feedback, and a positive recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine onboarding processes and improve retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in scaling teams for high-growth companies.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing recruitment metrics to inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing to attract passive candidates.
  • Experience in remote or global hiring is a plus, especially in the fintech, edtech, or digital education sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
