Responsibility
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Engage in reverse marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Perform phone-based lead qualification to assess candidate fit and interest in executive roles.
- Collaborate with the Sydney-based Founder to understand hiring needs and refine search strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial outreach to final candidate presentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance candidate engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and lead qualification outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in an executive search or offshore solutions environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and qualify candidates over the phone.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with reverse marketing techniques and lead generation strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
