Responsibility

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Support salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and employee satisfaction for management review.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, or payroll administration.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, particularly related to compensation and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
