Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including training, career development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a remote or international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
