Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends and areas for improvement.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including training, career development, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a remote or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; additional languages are a plus.
