Responsibility
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen and shortlist resumes and applications, conducting initial phone/video interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to staffing.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting Titan Force’s culture and values to potential hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies during onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS) and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
