Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, focusing on Australian client accounts.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian HR regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Handle payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
