Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, focusing on Australian client accounts.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian HR regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support for employee relations and performance management processes.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Australian HR laws and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
