Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to HR executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Maintain confidential HR records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct research and compile data to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure smooth collaboration on cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within HR.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
