Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, student organizations, and faculty members.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to promote EY as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus hiring initiatives.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a campus recruitment setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
