Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to F&B, hospitality, or retail operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the needs assessment process to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Management) to integrate L&D initiatives with business strategies and performance metrics.
- Oversee the onboarding and upskilling of staff, including managers, supervisors, and frontline employees, to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Implement digital learning platforms and innovative training methodologies (e.g., e-learning, workshops, mentorship) to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis, making data-driven improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in F&B, hospitality, and L&D to ensure programs remain competitive and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record in F&B, hospitality, restaurant chains, or retail sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation, including instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale L&D projects and manage training budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse audiences, from entry-level staff to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital training tools. Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements in the F&B/hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional languages are a plus.
