Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Pitch AlwaysHired’s services effectively, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of recruitment services.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in the HR/recruitment industry is advantageous but not required.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
