Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses to understand their hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Pitch AlwaysHired’s services effectively, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of recruitment services.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in the HR/recruitment industry is advantageous but not required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
