Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and company culture
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, from entry-level to senior management, ensuring we attract top talent in the competitive Bali hospitality market
- Design and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth opportunities
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international hospitality standards
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and empathy
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top performers
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming workplace for our international team
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with luxury hotel/resort brands
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR transformation initiatives
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments and manage diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
