Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Compensation & Benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage HRIS systems to streamline C&B processes and enhance data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Bali and Indonesia.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Provide analytics and reporting on C&B metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR policies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits management.
  • Proven expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalents) is a plus.
  • Experience working in multinational or diverse environments is advantageous.
