As a Talent and Development Intern, you will work closely with our HR and Learning & Development teams, assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management strategies. Responsibility
- Assist in the design and coordination of training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Support the implementation of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Conduct research on industry best practices in talent management and employee engagement.
- Help organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the administration of performance management systems and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members to update and maintain training materials and HR documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to recommend improvements.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Talent and Development Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software/tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months commitment).
