Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies for APAC and EMEA, aligning with business objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and streamline the hiring process.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive engagement and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance employer brand visibility and candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in global talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on APAC/EMEA markets.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, visa processes, and cultural nuances in target regions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating across time zones.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
