Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR data analytics frameworks to extract actionable insights from global workforce data, including hiring trends, employee performance, and retention metrics.
- Optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience for stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to visualize key HR KPIs for leadership and department heads.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with international regulations (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) by establishing data quality standards, security protocols, and audit trails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition) to integrate HR data with other business systems and drive automation of manual processes.
- Conduct predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and recommend data-backed solutions for talent development and succession planning.
- Lead data cleaning and validation initiatives to ensure the integrity and consistency of HR databases, including employee records, compensation, and benefits data.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on data best practices, tools, and methodologies to foster a data-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven HR solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and familiarity with API integrations or ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs (e.g., turnover rate, time-to-hire, employee engagement) and their business impact.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and experience implementing data security measures in HR contexts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
