Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure salary structures are aligned with industry standards.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of compensation strategies.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits enrollment and utilization.
- Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
