Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with Hilton’s values and local labor laws.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication across all levels.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance review systems, coaching managers to set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor regulations, Hilton’s global HR policies, and local cultural norms.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce efficiency.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace reflective of Bali’s multicultural community.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry. Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools to drive HR metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, cultural nuances, and hospitality standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for service excellence.
