In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engagement programs, analyze HR metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies. Your expertise will directly contribute to employee retention, productivity, and overall organizational success.

Responsibility
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction.
- Develop and administer HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a GY shift and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
