Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions across departments.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools to streamline hiring processes and track key metrics.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives to enhance our employer reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment setting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in Indonesia (a plus).
- Passion for building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
