Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Oversee HR operations, including policy development, compliance, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
