Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to enhance hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, preferably in a tech or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Bali's job market and a passion for contributing to the local talent ecosystem is a plus.
