Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and career development plans.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in talent acquisition, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
