Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companyâs business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while addressing employee concerns.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop succession planning strategies.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
