Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems accurately and efficiently.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
