Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet organizational needs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong background in talent management and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
