Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for people and a commitment to fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Willingness to relocate or work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
