As an HR Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Whether you’re managing employee records, coordinating onboarding, or assisting with payroll, your work will directly impact the company’s success and employee satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements while addressing employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports, including headcount analytics, turnover rates, and other KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and international HR standards.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR best practices and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in an MNC or international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration is highly desirable.
