Responsibility
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for roles across HR, sales, finance, and technology sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and career aspirations.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly placement targets while delivering exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market salary benchmarks to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to learn best practices in recruitment strategy and business development.
- Leverage CRM tools to track candidate and client interactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome!).
- 1+ years in sales, customer service, or recruitment (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a competitive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
- Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping others grow their careers.
