Responsibility

  • Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Support the preparation and distribution of compensation and benefits reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Assist in the implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives, including communication and training for employees.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing clear and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify opportunities for improving compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
