In this role, you will act as a HR Business Partner (HRBP), managing end-to-end HR processes with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and training coordination. Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations to attract top talent across Bali.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and integration into company culture. Manage offboarding processes with professionalism and compliance.
  • HR Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Training & Development: Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment efficiency, and training effectiveness to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Experience in waste management, environmental services, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software or ATS platforms.
  • Cultural Fit: Passion for sustainability, teamwork, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
