Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business growth objectives.
- Conduct Skills Enhancement Training (SET) and employee development programs to upskill new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates) to optimize processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.
- Mentor and train recruitment team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on results.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
