Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee benefits, including BPJS and other welfare programs.
- Handle legal documentation and contracts for employees and vendors.

Qualifications
