Responsibility

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Create and post compelling job descriptions on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth integration into the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
