Responsibility
- Lead and supervise HR daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback systems.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, ensuring fair and constructive evaluations that support career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring efficiency) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
