Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity initiatives.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance to mitigate risks and ensure legal adherence.
- Drive training and development programs to upskill employees and future-proof the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent development, recruitment, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
