Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the construction industry, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of construction personnel, including skilled laborers, engineers, and administrative staff.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate workforce planning and manpower allocation to meet project deadlines and operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Provide on-site HR support to resolve employee grievances, disputes, and performance-related issues.
- Streamline administrative processes, including contract management, vendor negotiations, and office operations.
- Collaborate with project managers to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime through strategic workforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Experience in safety coordination, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
