Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of employees at all levels.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Create and manage training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support individual employee growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
