Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end process of foreign worker work permits, visas, and employment pass applications, ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and external vendors to facilitate smooth and timely processing of foreign worker documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all foreign worker-related documents, including passports, work permits, and employment contracts.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, Legal, Operations) to ensure alignment on foreign worker employment policies and procedures.
  • Monitor expiration dates of work permits and visas, and initiate renewal processes well in advance to avoid disruptions.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on foreign worker compliance status, including potential risks or issues.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for foreign workers, ensuring they understand company policies and local regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in Indonesian labor and immigration laws to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on foreign worker compliance or immigration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations, and foreign worker employment policies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
