Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and engagement programs.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring clear communication and feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and leadership development.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an HR leadership role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
