Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in an HR leadership role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
