Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of early childhood educators and staff.
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify organisational development needs and create strategies to address them.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organisational policies related to HR and learning development.
- Partner with external vendors and institutions to source and deliver high-quality training and development resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on learning and organisational development.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs and organisational development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive HR strategies and decision-making.
- Familiarity with HR software and learning management systems (LMS).
